Shipping policy

U.S. Domestic Shipping

U.S. domestic orders under $150.00 ship for a flat rate of $9.95. 

U.S. domestic orders of $150.00 or more ship free.

Most orders are shipped from Colorado via the United States Postal Service. Depending on your location, delivery times can take 3-7 days, but is not guaranteed. Please note that Jen Laine Designs cannot be responsible for shipping delays beyond our control. We are seeing longer shipping times due to the current pandemic.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier directly in this instance. We ship U.S. Postal Service.

We process in-stock items in 3-5 days, and we usually ship within 2 days. Delivery times take 4-7 days currently, and given the world events may take longer. We cannot guaranee shipping times at this time.

International Shipping

We are not shipping internationally at this time, but will be starting up shipping internationally shortly. If you'd like to be notified about when we resume international shipping, please send an email with "Ship International" in the subject line and we'll send an email as soon as we start up again.
