Due to the custom nature of needlepoint canvases we do not accept returns or exchanges on canvases, sale items, or gift cards.

We cannot retroactively apply discount codes.

If you do however have any issues with your order, please email us and we are willing to talk about the situation to make it right. We do value your business and want to you to be happy with your order.
